1. Ownership of Content and Media

All film clips, videos, and media provided with our products are the property of their respective copyright holders. These files are provided for demonstration or personal use only. We do not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property included on the device.

2. Warranty and Modifications

We take pride in the quality of our units; however, our warranty is strictly limited to the product in its original state.

  • Voiding Warranty: Any modification to the unit, whether physical (e.g., cutting wires, changing switches, altering the casing) or software-based (e.g., flashing custom firmware or altering the internal operating system) will immediately void any and all warranties.

  • No Exceptions: Once a unit has been altered from its factory settings, it is no longer eligible for repair, refund, or replacement.

3. Returns and Defective Units

We want to ensure your product arrives in perfect working order. All units are tested prior to shipping. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

  • 7-Day Inspection Period: Any claims for returns, damaged items, or non-functioning units must be submitted within 7 days of the date the tracking information marks the item as "Delivered."

  • Reporting: To report an issue, please contact our support team within this window of time with your order number and a description of the problem. Claims made after the 7-day window will not be accepted.

4. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing this product, you agree that we are not responsible for any damage caused to your computer, hardware, or personal property resulting from improper use or unauthorized modifications of the device.

5. Commercial Use and Resale Policy

  • Standalone Resale is Prohibited: The resale of our units as standalone products is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of being intended for unauthorized distribution or "flipping."

  • Integration in Custom Projects: We welcome and encourage the use of our units as a component within your own larger creations! You are permitted to incorporate our screens into a finished product or custom build (e.g., custom PC builds, dioramas, or art installations) intended for sale.

  • Warranty Limitation: Please note that while you may sell a project containing our unit, our 7-day return policy and warranty apply only to the original purchaser and do not transfer to your end customer.

6. Limited Edition & Small Batch Runs

Many of our products are released as Limited Editions or produced in small, one-time batches.

  • Availability: Once a Limited Edition item is sold out, they may never be restocked. We cannot fulfill requests for items from retired runs.

  • Replacements: Because these units are produced in set quantities, we may be unable to offer an exact 1-to-1 replacement for a defective unit if our stock has been exhausted.

  • Resolution: In the rare event that a Limited Edition unit is found to be defective within the 7-day inspection window and a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full store credit upon the return of the original unit.
