Product Hardware & Tech
Do I need electronics experience to use MM Panels? Not at all. Our panels are plug-and-play and require no soldering or wiring. Each unit comes with easy-to-follow instructions, plus a few "tips and tricks" for more advanced users who want to push their projects further.
What is the screen resolution? We use industry-standard resolutions for these screen sizes:
MM Panel Plus: 480 × 272
MM Panel Mini: 320 × 240
Do they support SD cards? Not at this time. To keep the units as slim and user-friendly as possible, we utilize 4GB of high-speed onboard storage.
Do you offer custom-sized screens? We currently only offer the sizes listed on our website. However, we are always looking to expand, so stay tuned for future releases!
Content & Scale
What scale are the TVs? Scale varies by model. You can find the specific recommended scale for each unit at the very bottom of its respective Product Page.
Do the sample videos come pre-loaded on the unit? For legal reasons, we cannot pre-load copyrighted content. However, we want to get you started right away, so you can download a selection of free pre-formatted videos [here].
Orders & Shipping
How does the production schedule work? To minimize waste and manage our Limited Edition releases, we operate on a monthly cycle:
Order Phase: We collect orders through the last day of each month.
Production Phase: Materials are ordered and assembly begins at the start of the following month.
Delivery: Your order ships as soon as it passes quality control (typically 30 to 45 days after purchase).
Note: MM Panels often ship faster, but they still follow the monthly ordering and hand-testing protocol.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! You can see your specific shipping rates by entering your address during the checkout process.
A Note on Delays: While we aim for efficiency, slight delays may occur if raw materials arrive late to our studio. All packages include tracking so you can follow your order's journey.
